Do you give refunds?

-As a small business owner, and a one man show, I cannot provide refunds. Your purchase forms a binding contract between us. If you have any concerns about a product, please reach out before making a purchase. I'm here to assist with any inquiries and ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept returns? 

-If you are unhappy with your item upon receipt, please reach out to me right away, and I will do my best to make it right. This option is available within 7 days of your item's delivery.

-If you have made an order and selected the incorrect size (IE: ring size), changes can only be accommodated within 2 business days of purchase. If you require alterations, please send a TEXT as DMs may not be received promptly. TEXT is mandatory for this request. My Phone number is 1 (509) 540-5266.

When will my order ship?

-Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Special orders or requests may require additional time. You will receive a tracking number via email once it's on its way.

-My preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail with a delivery time of 2-3 business days and includes a little insurance incase of loss or damage. Usual delivery depending on where you live is 5-7 business days.

Returned packages

-If your package is sent back for an incomplete address, I can't cover return shipping. I'll reach out for the correct address and ask for a new shipping fee. Please understand, no returns are possible in this situation.

Can I get an item repaired?

If repair is needed, I'm here to assist you.

-To get your damaged or worn jewelry repaired, simply reach out to me with a photo and a brief description of what you need help with. While I may not always have all the parts for very old pieces, I'll do my best to assist you. Please remember to contact me before sending any repairs.
